25 Exchange/Return/Refund I haven’t received the refund on the credit card

Proceeding with the refund after canceling the order paid with credit card.

 

After cancellation of the card payment, tthe actual refund takes about 3 to 5 days on weekdays depending on the schedule of the credit card company. 

Also, the refund of the card payment approval cancellation method is not to be deposited in cash.

You can check the cancelation and payment amount in the card's usage history. 

 

If you would like to receive a cash refund when you request cancellation of the order you paid with your card

Additional information such as account information to be refunded is required,

24 Exchange/Return/Refund I want to cancel my order

1. If you are a member

Login > My Page > Order Details > Order Cancellation

If you press cancel the order, the person in charge will check and process it.

* The customer center is closed on weekends and holidays, so please understand that it is handled on weekdays.

 

2. For non-members

Order and inquiry at the bottom of the homepage > Order inquiry > Non-member order inquiry > Order name/order number/password entry > Cancel after order inquiry

 

3. If you paid through Naver Pay,

If you request a refund from Naver Pay purchase details, we will check it  and cancel the order. 

However, the refund of the order will be made through Naver Pay, 

If you have any questions about a refund, please contact Naver Pay. 

 

However, please note that it is difficult to cancel the order if the delivery has already started.

23 Payment/Delivery I ordered products separately but I received them combined

If the recipient, contact number, and address are all the same, even when ordering each item separately, the products may be packed together and shipped.

22 Payment/Delivery Can the order be delivered to the military?

Please check whether CJ Logistics can enter or not before ordering.

Please note that if you put the address of the mailbox, delivery is not possible at the CJ Korea Express office.

 

*Shipment is not possible because the courier has been changed.

* In case of return because of the entry of the address of the mailbox, the customer must pay the return and reshipment delivery fees.

21 Payment/Delivery I can check the invoice number, but I can't see the delivery status

After receiving the delivery of your order, the waybill number is generated first and registered. 

It takes up to half a day on weekdays for order to be delivered to courier. 

It may also take time to enter the delivery status into the system after receiving your product from the courier, so the actual delivery status of your order can be checked when the product starts to move. 

 

If you confirm the registration of the waybill number in the order details, you can also check the movement status soon.

If you wait a little bit, you can see it right away.

20 Payment/Delivery I received different product than I ordered

First, check whether the actual product you received matches the details of your order. 

If you received anything different, please leave your order number or contact information you entered at the time of order to C/S inquiry!

19 Payment/Delivery I haven’t received some of the products I ordered

18 Payment/Delivery It shows that the order has been delivered but I haven’t received it

1. Invoice verification method

My Page > Order Details > CJ Logistics Invoice Click > Invoice Check

 

2. If the address is incorrect

My Page > Check Order Details Address > Click CJ Logistics Invoice > Check Invoice > Request recall and redelivery to CJ Logistics Customer Center 1588-1255

 

3. Correct address was entered but the product has not been received

My Page > Order Details > Click on CJ Logistics Invoice > Check Invoice > Contact courier number to confirm delivery

17 Payment/Delivery When will my order arrive?

Orders that have been confirmed and payed by 3 p.m. will be shipped on the same day.

However, it may be difficult to ship on the same day depending on the situation such as the increase in quantity and the situation of the courier.

 

Delivery takes about 1-3 days after payment is confirmed, and there may be some differences depending on the region.

(Holidays, some island areas and mailbox addresses are delivered within 7 days excluding weekends and holidays)

 

If you haven't received it even after 5 days of payment completion, please contact C/S and we will help you with the processing.

16 Payment/Delivery How much is the shipping fee?

Hamel's shipping fee is currently 3,000 won, and if you order for more than 50,000 won, the shipping is free. 

Additional shipping charges  other than the basic shippong fee may be incurred for islands and mountainous areas depding on the region.

15 Payment/Delivery When is the order shipped?

Hamel's orders are shipped at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Please note that time  may change depending on the order or inventory. 

 

However, order  cannot be modified or canceled after the invoice number is generated after delivery has been shipped. 

Please refer to the order time and cancellation request.

14 Payment/Delivery What is the delivery service?

Hamel is using CJ Korea Express courier service. 

 

In addition to the order details, you can check the delivery status through the CJ Korea Express web or app.

13 Payment/Delivery Can I order telephonically?

Hamel products can only be ordered through the online page. 

You cannot place an order telephonically, so please order on the website.

12 Payment/Delivery I entered wrong delivery information

If you need to modify delivery information after the order is completed, please contact the customer service center and we will help you change it quickly. 

However, keep in mind that after the shipment has already been sent and the invoice number has been registered, delivery information cannot be changed.

11 Payment/Delivery How can I requst cash receipt?

You can choose to issue a cash receipt if you set it as cash deposit at the time of order. 

 

If you miss the relevant step, for the the purpose of issuance, income deduction, or evidence of expenditure along with the order number, leave the cash receipt certification number and we will help you proceed after checking.

 

Please leave your inquiry along with the order number for the cancellation and change of the previous cash receipt as well and we will help you proceed.
